净初级生产量(NPP, Net Primary Production)指在初级生产过程中,植物光合作用固定的能量中扣除植物呼吸作用消耗掉的那部分,剩下的可用于植物的生长和生殖的能量。生产量通常用每年每平方米所生产的有机物质干重[g/(m2·a)]或每年每平方米所固定能量[J/(m2·a)]表示。
